Access granted: Mobile security at the touch of a finger

Whether spurred by work regulations or the desire for personal data security, many of us spend more time than we’d like entering PIN codes and passwords to access our devices. Biometric authentication tools, specifically fingerprint sensors, can help us reclaim those moments by providing access with the touch of a finger. The technology isn’t new, but it’s only in the past few years that it’s started to become standard on mobile devices.
